Business Analysts:
Analyze and participate in technical/requirements meetings with business analysts, subject matter experts, developers, end-users, and stakeholders to discuss system/functional requirements. Analyze and review functional and design specification documents to ensure understanding of the business processes and new systems. Create reports, analyze the design and data specifications. Assist with test planning, estimation, execution, defect management and leadership reporting. Analyze the data in the interfaces by confirming and rechecking from databases and finalizing the design of the complete interface structure. Utilize SQL, SQL Server, and Tableau. Will work in unanticipated locations. Requires Bachelors in Business Administration or related and 2 years experience.
Software Engineer:
Design and develop computer applications software and specialized utility programs. Develop and design systems tests, programming, and validation procedures. Confer with systems analysts and programmers to design systems and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities. Utilize Informatica Cloud, ETL, SiSense BI and Salesforce CRM. Coordinate the research, design, and development efforts for computer applications software and specialized utility programs. Review and approve system design tests and validation procedures. Reviews and approves technical documentation for all completed installation projects to ensure project specifications are met. Apply independent, technical and procedural knowledge to ensure that systems are developed pursuant to company standards, project requirements and ensuring that systems are 508 compliant. Collaborate with business analysts, developers and business users. Utilize Javascript, Java, XML, Agile, Oracle, HTML, SQL, SVN, ASP.NET, webservices, SSIS and SSRS.
